Smoked, Cured & Sliced Jowls
Have you ever tried jowls? If not, we highly recommend them! The jowl comes from the cheek of our hogs. Our processor hickory smokes and cures them. Fry them up and enjoy for breakfast or add to your sandwiches and salads. So many options! Our hogs are raised on pasture and fed non-GMO grains. They enjoy frequent belly rubs and forage for nuts and bugs. All of our meats are processed in a USDA approved facility.
