Leg of Lamb Steak


The Leg of Lamb cut into a bone-in steak!  About 3/4" thick.  In a hot, well-seasoned cast iron pan, cook for 2 minutes on both sides.  Sear the edges for about 1 minute, remove from pan, cover with foil and let rest for 2-3 minutes.  I seasoned with salt, pepper and cumin.


Our lambs are raised on pasture and only eat grass.
